Coaching with Hunter
Hunter is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and CFA's bodybuilding expert. He earned his pro card by winning the Men's Bodybuilding Middleweight class at the 2022 NPC USA Championships, and he has been in the sport for over half his life. As a coach he has produced a long list of bodybuilding wins, including multiple clients earning pro cards, and he specializes in contest prep, off-season and lifestyle coaching.
Hunter's coaching centers on controlling what you can control: the prep, the peak, the communication with your coach and how you operate day to day. His off-seasons are deliberate, with food pushed up and training progressed so you grow without outrunning your recovery or your joints. He welcomes big goals, then makes sure the work you put in matches them.
