“After many months of taking my body to its extremes with excruciating dieting and cardio regimens, my health was in danger. Bodybuilding is not a so-called "safe" sport, given the toll it takes on both your physical and mental self. After competing in two shows, my season was over. “When I started training with Faith, I had already lost 20 pounds of body fat. I needed a way to maximize my muscle growth and gain more muscle mass, but I didn't know how to split up my workout days and "tone". When I contacted Faith, she told me what I needed was body recomposition. For the last 4 months, she has done an amazing job of getting me on track and healthy. She gives me recipe ideas, tips on how to maximize my workouts, and adjusts my workout plan based on my needs and wants. Check-in is weekly, and she has always done a great job at communicating. If you don't understand a workout, she will even send you videos of herself doing the movements to help you visualize what you should be doing. I recently needed a pick me up due to feeling like I was finding excuses to not go to the gym. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, and helped me figure out what I needed to do to stay focused and how she could be there for me in-between.
